We believe in family and friendships…we understand that maintaining a healthy balance between your career and your family is a priority. We offer different types of work schedules to fit your needs: per diem, part-time and full-time.”
Flexible schedules and self scheduling were priorities identified by Jane Cradle, RN, MSM manager of cardiovascular services at Mercy General Hospital in Sacramento, Ca in an article for Nurses Week (2005). “We do everything within reason to make sure our nurses obtain the schedule they desire.”
